Ordering Information:
You can purchase our products four easy ways:
1. You can order all of our products here, through our easy-to-use website!
2. You can pick your products up in person at our Rod Shop, located in New Carlisle Ohio (outside of Dayton)
3. Call ahead and we can bring your parts to one of the many shows that we attend each year.
4. Call the Rod Shop and place your order over the phone with one of our helpful people!

International Customers:
We ship most International Orders via USPS Priority Mail. International customers must use PayPal Payment (you may use your credit card there). Please E-mail your order to [email protected] with your complete name and address and we will send you a PayPal invoice with shipping costs shown. Thank you!

Shipping Information:
Depending on the size of the product we ship using a variety of ways, including USPS, UPS, FedEx and truck lines. Please feel free to call for an exact shipping quote for large volume orders.

Show Delivery:
In many cases, we are happy to deliver your items to a show if we have the room.

Payments:
We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. To process your payment with a credit card you will be directed to PayPal. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to process your payment with a credit card. Just follow the easy directions.

We also accept personal checks but you will need to allow two weeks for the check to clear.

Sales Tax:
Ohio residents will be charged sales tax or call with your vendor ID number.

Return or Refund Information:

  • Please Check All Orders Upon Arrival
  • Returns within 30 days of shipping date are acceptable with a 20% restocking charge, unless otherwise stated.
  • Always contact us prior to returning any merchandise for management approval. We will work with you to make the situation right.
  • Failure to contact us will result in denial. All returned merchandise must be in re-saleable condition and in original packaging.
  • Merchandise must be accompanied with a copy of the invoice and a letter of explanation. Failure to do so will result in the denial of refund or exchange.
  • Electrical Items are Not Returnable
  • Parts that have been Mounted, Painted or Drilled are Not Returnable.


Damaged or Shortage Claims:

  • Please Check All Orders Upon Arrival
  • Check all parts for damage and that all parts were received and fit.
  • All claims must be reported immediately.
  • Always inspect the merchandise upon arrival, whether truck freight or parcel delivery (UPS, FedEx, USPS).
  • Please keep merchandise in the original packaging for carrier to inspect.
  • Keep your receipt.


Special Orders:
All sales are final on non-stocking items or special order items.

Warranty:
Butch's Cool Stuff does not provide a warranty (written, expressed or implied) on any items that we sell.

We do not accept, nor are we responsible for, the manner in which any of the products on this website are used.

Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for any loss, injury or damage direct or consequential, arising out of the use of, or the inabilities of the product. After use, the user shall assume all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith.
